The Wordsworth Putini Housing Development delivers modern social housing designed to support growing community needs and improve the quality of residential living within the neighbourhood. 2PiR Consulting provided building services engineering design and coordination across mechanical, electrical, communications & security, and fire protection systems for the development. The engineering approach focused on delivering practical and well-coordinated services that support reliable building performance and efficient operation.
Mechanical systems were designed to provide effective ventilation and comfortable indoor environments suited to residential living. Electrical services included lighting and power distribution designed to meet the everyday needs of modern households. Communications and security infrastructure were incorporated to support connectivity, safety and future technology requirements.
Fire protection systems were carefully integrated within the residential building layout to support life safety and system reliability.
