A respectful and considered approach
Our approach is grounded in respect, awareness, and a commitment to meaningful engagement.
Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we live and work across Australia. We pay our respect to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and community, and acknowledge the important role this connection plays in cultural identity and heritage.
Acknowledgement of Māori (Tangata Whenua)
We acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua of Aotearoa New Zealand. We recognise their enduring relationship with the land, waters, and natural environment, and respect the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We are committed to engaging respectfully and meaningfully, recognising the cultural values and perspectives that are integral to place and community.

Supporting opportunities
Where possible, we support opportunities for Indigenous participation through engagement with local consultants, suppliers, and businesses.

Commitment to improvement
We recognise that meaningful engagement requires ongoing learning and development. As we grow, we aim to strengthen our processes and relationships to support more impactful outcomes.
