Located in the heart of the Henderson Metropolitan Town Centre, Sero Tower is a landmark 18-storey residential development that significantly advances West Auckland’s urban density. The project delivers 115 meticulously designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, supported by ground-floor retail and a dedicated community hub on the 10th floor. Our engineering team provided comprehensive building services, headlined by the integration of a state-of-the-art, 20-storey automated car stacker—a first-of-its-kind mechanical feat for the region. Beyond the vertical transport systems, the scope included high-efficiency HVAC and ventilation design for 115 individual units to ensure year-round occupant comfort and air quality. We implemented robust hydraulic and fire protection systems tailored for the 60-meter-high concrete superstructure, adhering to the most stringent safety standards. The electrical design supports both high-demand automated parking technology and high-spec architectural lighting that accentuates the building’s sculptured facade. Our collaboration with Leehan Living and CMP Construction ensured that every service was optimized for operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Currently on track for completion in March 2026, Sero Tower stands as a testament to our expertise in managing the complex service requirements of modern, high-rise architectural icons.
