We provided a comprehensive multidisciplinary engineering solution for the Rockfield Road Apartments, a significant medium-density residential development by Fletcher Living. Our scope covered mechanical, electrical, communications, security, and hydraulic services, ensuring a fully coordinated approach to this modern housing precinct. The mechanical design focused on delivering high-efficiency ventilation and climate control solutions that enhance indoor air quality and resident comfort. Our electrical team engineered a robust power distribution network designed to meet the demands of high-density living while maintaining energy efficiency.
