Nauhria Group Head Office, Papakura

The Nauhria Group Head Office is a state-of-the-art office facility integrated within their new 12,000m² purpose-built precast concrete manufacturing plant in Papakura. The design incorporates eco-friendly features such as the harvesting of rainwater, maximization of natural light, and smart low-energy management systems. The electrical design supports extensive security systems, ensuring the safety of both data and personnel. Mechanical systems were integrated to foster a dynamic work environment with an open-concept layout that encourages collaboration and cross-functional synergy. By designing for optimal efficiency and sustainability, we helped create a workplace that is not only highly functional but also aligns with the Group's mission of building a "great and safe New Zealand".
