Description
We were engaged to review the existing roof drainage systems for the Land Titles Office at 283 Queen Street and provide tender documentation to maintain the existing infrastructure and address any non-compliances relating to the roof drainage systems. The iconic building located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD had several challenging aspects from a design perspective. The team visited the site and documented the existing down pipe and gutter locations, considered several rainfall intensity scenarios and provided sound engineering judgment to provide adequate non-intrusive roof drainage solutions.
