We led the building services and sustainability design, with a primary objective of achieving a 5-Star Green Star rating. Our team delivered advanced sustainability modeling, including Greenhouse Gas Emissions energy modeling, thermal comfort analysis, and detailed daylight assessments to meet stringent certification standards. The mechanical and electrical designs emphasize energy efficiency, supporting a fully sprinklered facility with extensive canopies for all-weather devanning.

We also provided comprehensive communication and security design, along with specialized hydraulic and fire protection systems tailored for high-density industrial use. The site is further enhanced by 59 exclusive car parks and full drive-around capabilities, ensuring maximum operational fluidity.
