Occupying a land area of approximately 18,372 m², the Concord development is designed to deliver a mixture of apartments and terrace homes for the local community. When last updated by Tāmaki Regeneration, the Concord site was under construction, with plans for delivery of 77 new public and shared homeownership homes. The homes are intended to contribute to the rejuvenation of the neighbourhood and expand the range of housing choices available to whānau in the area.
